Mornings have always been the most rushed time in the day for me. From getting in my workout, to getting myself ready & out the door for work, to taking care of the dog, to getting the kids off to school…there always seemed like so much to do with such a little window of time to do it.

To make breakfast a no-brainer and easy to just grab & go, I started prepping muffins on the weekends.

Muffins are great because they usually don’t take too much time to prepare, last a good week in the fridge, can be customized to individual tastes, and can be frozen.
