This group is like hiring your own personal accountability coach without having to spend hundreds of dollars.
In these 1st 30 days I will teach you how to:
- set a 30 day health/fitness goal
- connect with your personal mission statement (aka your WHY)
- create action steps for achieving your goal
- use a habit tracker to track your progress
- discover your self-confidence
- overcome limiting beliefs
- how to believe new beliefs
- create momentum in the 1st month of the year
- and so much more!
Each week we’ll meet as a group via Zoom to celebrate your wins, to coach you through your struggles, and to learn something new about achieving your goals.
We’ll kick off the 30 day challenge with a Zoom call Friday, December 6th so you have time to think about what your 30 day goal will be.
You’ll have accountability inside a private group where you can connect with other like-minded people who are also on a mission to make 2023 the year they FINALLY stay on the wagon.
You’ll end the 30 day challenge strong in more ways than one with lots of momentum to carry you through the early months of 2023.
This is not just an accountability group; it’s a group coaching program where you will have opportunities to receive coaching support for the full 30 days of the program.
